ABOUT THE COMPANY:

My client is undertaking a transformative Core Systems Replacement Programme to modernize their IT infrastructure and streamline their operations. As part of this critical initiative, they are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to ensure their teams are equipped to adapt to and fully utilize the new systems being implemented.
  
ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an IT Trainer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful rollout of our new core systems. You will design and deliver tailored training programs that ensure employees at all levels can confidently navigate and leverage the updated technology. Collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders, you’ll help embed these changes effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to prepare users for the transition to new core systems, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency.
  • Program Design: Develop and customize training materials, including user guides, manuals, and e-learning modules, specific to the new system functionality and workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand system capabilities and identify training needs for diverse user groups.
  • Support and Feedback: Provide ongoing post-training support, addressing user questions and challenges during the transition.
  
ABOUT YOU:
  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer, with a strong track record of supporting large-scale system implementations or replacements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency with learning design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience developing comprehensive training materials, including step-by-step guides and interactive learning content.
  • Strong understanding of system replacement projects and their impact on workflows, processes, and user adoption.
