​A bit about Nicola

Nicola, originally from Scotland, holds a BSc in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy. She started her recruitment career in Leeds in 2005, before taking up IT recruitment in 2007, when she moved back to Edinburgh. She then packed her bags and moved to New Zealand in 2010 and has been recruiting in the tech sector ever since.
