ABOUT THE ROLE:
Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing business process strategy to achieve operational excellence. Provide strategic direction around business process mapping, mining and automation. Work with key stakeholders across the business to champion the embedding of robust business processes and help to deliver this.
Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to increase business process maturity
Lead business process initiatives to discover, facilitate and drive business process improvement.
Help drive and champion process governance forum
Facilitate education of business process management organisation-wide
ABOUT YOU:
Extensive experience in business process mapping with knowledge of the latest BPM methodologies
Very strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Experience with SAP would be a distinct advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
