ABOUT THE ROLE: You will be designing and implementing significant portions of products. This could be writing methodical and workable code in Java and using AWS technologies. This could be with AWS Lambda or Amazon DynamoDB. You will have exposure to unit testing, reviewing code and be up to date with both data and the Cloud. You will also be the go to technical person on this team and help mentor more junior developers.
With offices based in Auckland city fringe, they work hybrid - with a few anchor days per week and the rest from home. ABOUT YOU:
A wealth of Java programming skills
Strong AWS knowledge, IaC, Terraform, and DevOps
Experience working in an agile environment, on prem and multi-cloud automation
Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices is a must
Confident in leading the juniors on your team an pushing back on stakeholders across the business
