A well known and proudly Kiwi business is heading on a technology journey and is looking to add to their diverse and inclusive team! They are currently on a mission to transform their digital and technology capabilities, and are modernising their tech stack. This is a truely great opportunity to be apart of a digital transformation which has the aim to benefit all New Zealanders.
This role can be in either Auckland or Wellington, with the team split between the two cities. They have a Hybrid and Flexible work arrangement, where you will ideally work from the office 2 to 3 days a week.
This is a 6 month contract starting ASAP

Who are you and what is your profile?
We are looking for a Solution Architect with the following skills and experience:
- Ability to design solutions and support delivery for major new technology investments.
- Experience within Banking
- You'll need to be comfortable with DevSecOps and agile architecture methods, iterating roadmaps, and the concept of just enough design up-front.
- You will be required to help squad’s breakdown complex problems into smaller, incremental steps that help us de-risk delivery.
- You will use principles, patterns, standards and the concept of guardrails to help teams deliver faster while also balancing safety, quality and strategic alignment drivers.
