You will be delivering to local and remote users / sites and engaging with internal users, technology teams, and vendors in a constructive and collaborative style. You will also attend to tickets and start giving on-site support clients.

- One to two years working across level one and two support.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
- Experience handling end users via phone, email, and in person
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
