As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be working for a service-led organization at the forefront of the digital workspace, delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions to your clients alongside a highly motivated and supportive team.
ABOUT YOU:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working out of the Christchurch office, you will be focused on managing escalation technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for your customers. You will lead any Problem Management investigations for platform or customer issues and deliver internal and/or customer projects when required. You will also be part of the on-call roster for afterhours support and maintenance every 2-3 months and overtime will be available.

ABOUT YOU:
- 3+ years of experience in a systems/support or infrastructure role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident providing level 3 systems support
- Experience with traditional Microsoft products (Office365, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services).
- MSP or Vendor background - this is a fast paced environment!
