ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
An FMCG wholesale food distribution company seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer to join their team in this newly created role. Their offices are in South Auckland, and they offer flexible working.
Working closely with their CTO and IT Manager, you will ensure the integration of Salesforce and ERP systems throughout their business. There is ample opportunity for growth in this role, with the organisation growing at a rapid rate, with 800 employees working for the business at current.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Coding in Salesforce, SQL, ERP and CRM along with an understanding of software architecture
- Exposure to ecommerce
- Experience integrating salesforce throughout their departments, through documentation, training and continuous improvement
- An excellent communicator and a leader, who is confident and capable managing and engaging with external and internal stakeholders
- Business and financial acumen
- Ensuring their IT operations lights are always operational and at peak performance
- Work with the development team to develop, test and implement new software applications or features on their existing applications
- Training and upskilling users
- Ensuring data integrity
- Maintain and create documentation
- Provide technical support to users including troubleshooting as required
- Support the infrastructure team in regular backups/DR plans, performing testing as necessary
