ABOUT THE COMPANY:
This is a great opportunity to join a market leading organisation in the Financial Services sector. They are going through a period of exciting change, and are working on many new initiatives with a big focus on IT and Digital.
With offices based in Auckland CBD, they offer the flexibility to work from home or in their office, ideally 2- 3 days a week in office and the rest at home.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for effective delivery of all testing activities and providing hands on testing support. Responsibilities include:
• Ability to identify and document test scenarios and scripts.
• Ability to derive test cases based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system and end to end testing.
• Ability to ensure test coverage and defects are captured and communicated clearly.
• Provide input to continuous improvements on our testing methods and standards.
• Participate in the test strategy and planning for initiatives.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the testing capability within the Technology domains

ABOUT YOU:
- 5+ years of professional quality engineering experience (insurance domain would be bonus)
- Hands-on experience on software test automation using Playwright (or similar)
- Quality-oriented with a hands-on personality
- Strong Agile background and mindset.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly is a fundamental necessity
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
