ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position sits within the Remediation team which is responsible for remediating customers following our remediation framework and delivering comprehensive, timely, fair and transparent remediation. This position is for a Remediation Lead, and at a high-level means:
- Rectifying incidents, to stop the harm and to prevent further customers being impacted – working alongside the business
- Investigating incidents – identifying customers impacted, scoping remediation outcomes
- Supporting the wider remediation team on any remediation activity including planning and delivering customer communications and any payments.
- Support the business to fix issues, with a focus on preventing future harm by ensuring fixes and process improvements are sustainable. This may include management and implementation of product fixes, process improvements, system enhancements.
- Investigate systemic incidents requiring remediation – root cause, identify impacted customers, remediation outcomes, undertake calculations.
- Support remediation delivery – customer communication and customer payment activities.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years customer remediation experience with a focus on investigation, analysis, and recommendations (essential).
- 2+ Business Analysis experience within the financial services industry (essential), preferably insurance.
- 2+ years Business Analysis experience including system, integration and UAT testing, within a hybrid project environment (preferable).
- Demonstrated experience across a range of business analysis skillsets.
