About the role: 

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products, particularly focused on front-end applications and Paywrite integrations.

You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans, automate testing processes, and drive continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for front-end applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and usability.
  • Perform functional, regression, and system testing for Paywrite integrations.
  • Create and maintain automated tests to streamline the testing process.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Ensure that new features and enhancements are thoroughly tested and meet the business requirements.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on front-end testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Paywrite testing and integrations.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their testing requirements.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
