RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executing, measuring and reporting marketing plans and budgets
- Working closely with digital, ecom, and retail teams to ensure key campaign and sales KPIs are met
- Ensuring all communications and executions are in line with brand standards
- Owning product data, line lists and catalogues
- Owning content banks and local assets for the brands
- Development of advertising and marketing collateral
- General support of the sales team and divisional manager
- Support wholesale partners with key sell in and sell through initiatives
- Drafting DTC communications through EDM, web, and social
- Running social media pages
We are looking for someone with a passion for all things fashion and retail. In addition you should bring:
- 4+ years of marketing experience
- Comfort combining and coordinating a multi-channel approach for brand & product marketing (including wholesale, retail and online)
- A sound understanding of different forms of marketing, including a solid grounding in digital tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Display, and AdWords
- A commercial understanding of social media and ecommerce
- Commercial understanding of PR, print media, and out of home
- Excellent organisational skills and have a keen attention to detail
- A strong understanding of brand aesthetics in the NZ mid luxury market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well with teams and build effective relationships.
