Our client, an internationally renowned and privately-owned business, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead business growth in New Zealand and Australia. This leadership position involves managing a team of five, and you will be directly involved in leveraging your technical expertise to implement innovative marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all marketing areas such as strategy, budgeting, and implementation, while also engaging with internal teams and clients to enhance brand presence. The role will focus primarily on Digital Marketing strategy, implementation, and SEO & Website development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the development and execution of Digital Marketing Strategies, including Digital Advertising, SEO & Website Management, Email & CRM Marketing, Print, Merchandising & Social Media.
Analyze marketing data and trends to promote engagement across all marketing channels and drive growth.
Foster collaboration within the team to enhance morale and cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a track record of leading teams and implementing strategies both locally and internationally.
Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing platforms, including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM.
A natural leader with a positive, respectful, and enthusiastic demeanour.
