ABOUT THE ROLE 
 
As the companies go-to expert for all things digital, the Digital Marketing Manager takes the lead in shaping and executing cutting-edge campaigns. This role drives our digital strategy across platforms like Google Marketing, paid social media, marketing automation (Hubspot), and content management. You'll work with a content & brand manager for content.

Beyond managing their websites, this person spearheads their data strategy and crafts innovative marketing plans that boost brand visibility, increase web traffic, and generate quality leads. A pivotal member of the Marketing Leadership Team, this role is central to both the creative direction and seamless delivery of their marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to meet business goals with measurable objectives.
  • Lead SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing efforts.
  • Analyse trends and customer insights to shape effective strategies and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Enhance customer journeys, optimise user funnels, and manage lead scoring.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and track competitors' digital activities.
Website Management
  • Oversee daily management and optimization of websites. 
  • Improve user experience through navigation, design, and SEO optimization.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to publish and optimize content.
  • Ensure website performance and security across global and regional teams.
Data & Analytics
  • Lead CRM data strategy and manage marketing contact databases.
  • Track, report, and optimise digital campaigns using analytics to improve targeting and conversion.
  • Manage website analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and performance reports to refine strategies.
Project & Budget Management
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Manage multiple website projects, aligning deadlines, goals, and budgets with stakeholder expectations.
Leadership
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance within the Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, offering high-quality insights and transparent communication across the business.
ABOUT YOU

This is an exciting role for someone to come in and shape their digital function. You'll be the sole Digital Marketer and providing strategy & delivery alongside a specialised marketing team.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who has experience leading digital campaigns and we do need someone who has managed budgets; developed strategies from scratch and delivering on them with the support of a marketing team. 
  • 5+ Years of Expertise: Proven track record as a digital marketing and website manager.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Strong ability to think critically and develop impactful strategies.
  • Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Exceptional at identifying issues and delivering precise solutions.
  • SEO Pro: Deep knowledge of SEO principles and tools to drive results.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at managing agency and supplier partnerships with ease.
  • Business Savvy: Confident navigating all levels of an organization with strong business acumen.
  • Communication Expert: Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical Thinker: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly Organised: Excellent time and project management, with a knack for meeting deadlines and staying on budget.
