This newly created role reports to our GM Operations and offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise to influence key decisions and contribute to business growth.
As their Data Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of turning raw data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimise processes, and support both strategic and day-to-day decisions.

What You'll Do:
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to uncover patterns and trends.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to share insights effectively.
- Translate data insights into clear, compelling stories that inspire action.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, provide reporting, and recommend solutions.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all systems and processes.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture by living our core values: Excellence, Care, and Growth.
- Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- 2+ years’ experience Tableau experience.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and Google BigQuery for data analysis and insights.
- Experience or working knowledge of snowflake would be ideal but is not essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data into compelling and actionable stories.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A team player mindset with experience working cross-functionally to drive results and align on strategy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adjust priorities as business needs evolve.
