Opportunity to join a successful Software company that has been going from strength to strength in recent years. Filling a niche, they have a high customer satisfaction score which is backed up by their growing global customer base.
This is a contract role to cover Maternity leave, starting asap the role will go through to about September 2025. With offices in Auckland City Fringe, they work 2 days a week in office and 3 from home. You will need to be in office on Thursday and Friday

Coming in as a contractor, you will be working with a small team of designers who are based in overseas offices. You will:

A little bit about the role:
Coming in as a contractor, you will be working with a small team of designers who are based in overseas offices. You will:
- Manage and mentor junior UX/UI team members, guide them on what they need to do and help them with any road blocks
- Ensure smooth operation of all design projects
- Work end to end on Design (UX/UI) Projects
- Be able to work solo where needed, but also collaborate with the wider team, and developers
- You will be a Senior Product Designer who has managed and mentored staff
- Ideally you will come from a Software/ SaaS background
- You will have experience with Project Management/ managing workflow and collaborating with the wider team
- Strong with both UX and UI design, able to conduct research, understand and create requirements, through to prototypes
