ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Cloud Solution Specialist, you will be working for a service-led organization at the forefront of the digital workspace, delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions to your clients alongside a highly motivated and supportive team.
This is an in-office role, therefore you will need to be located in Hamilton.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working out of the Hamilton office, you will be focused on ensuring internal and customer cloud platforms meet performance and reliability standards, providing technical leadership for platform issues.
You will lead any Problem Management investigations and work with the IT Team to develop and implement policies and procedures. You will also be part of the on-call roster for afterhours support and maintenance.

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly dependable, motivated, and flexible to adapt to your customer needs. You will also need to have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or Senior Support position.
- Proven technical experience with Physical Servers and SAN's, VMware, VoIP, and Core Microsoft Stack (M365, RDS, AD, SQL).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude, motivated to go above and beyond.
- The ability to stay composed and prioritise under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
