ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A world-recognised technology brand that provides innovative solutions that help businesses in New Zealand maximise business efficiency. They have an excellent team culture that are supportive, collaborative and enjoy socialising together.
They have a range of new software solutions they offer large enterprise businesses and medium sized companies in NZ.
They also have a few other businesses within their global business; one being a well known MSP in NZ.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an initial 12-month contract to focus on a CRM upgrade.
This is a large scale project for the business and they are looking for someone who has worked on similar CRM projects, work with internal & external team while also being able to communicate at a high level to senior stakeholders. You'll be working on process documentation, solutions mapping and leading workshops.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture. You'll be responsible for the business analysis components of this project and play a pivotal role in their delivery and partner closely with the wider business.
There could also be other projects you're working on that are less technical as well as part of their wider business transformation.
You will be responsible for working with business; IT teams and vendors to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver value.
This role will also educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and train users.
The team all get on really well and the wider business enjoy socialising at work, having a cheers on Friday’s.
This is an immediate start contract.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Analys business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Work with IT teams to design and implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with organistional goals
- Lead system and process changes, including identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates, recommendations, and progress reports
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years in Business Analysis
- Experience working on large scale CRM projects
- Experience working in enterprise level organisations
- Experience managing workshops
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
