ABOUT THE ROLE:
Within this role you will coordinate and conduct the day to day support activities for the MS Dynamics platforms within the organisation, particularly FinOps (F&O).  You will manage and maintain the existing system and implementation of the future release roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Day to day support the core Dynamics 365 platform (FinOps)
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Maintain Workforce Dimensions configuration
  • Perform administration system configuration and testing support during the implementation
  • Update and maintain system and integration interfaces and support for any specialised resources required to complete these tasks
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate resolution to end-user issues
  • Acting as the go to Microsoft technical contact person on an ongoing basis – engaging with Microsoft Global Support and the general online communities
  • Analysing and testing release upgrades for new functionality and changes – these include minor and major upgrades
  • Understanding the MS Dynamics road map and release cycle
  • Managing relevant 3rd parties’ vendors and their performance

ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this roe, it is essential you have at least two years of experience in an application support role, with extensive experience with MS Dynamics FinOps.  In addition you will need a strong customer focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
